Editor • I was brought onto this project as a bit of a firefighter; Atlas Botanic had shot a full narrative video, but their cinematographer had lost all of that footage. All that remained was a few dozen behind-the-scenes shots, filmed by someone else on set. Seeing how the band have a very retro sound and the footage provided evoked "function room family party", I felt the best solution was to lean into the late '80s/early '90s vibe and use a VHS-and-CRT TV framing device. This included using as much copyright-free footage from archive.org as possible.
